About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning and execution of corporate AI initiatives, including pilots and enterprise rollouts.
- Analyze business processes across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Evaluate vendor solutions versus in-house development for AI platforms and tools.
- Contribute to frameworks for AI ethics, compliance, and risk management.
- Develop programs to educate stakeholders on AI capabilities and ensure smooth adoption.
- Build ROI models and cost-benefit analyses for AI projects.
- Define KPIs and monitor impact on efficiency, revenue, and customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, or Digital Transformation, ideally within Financial Services or FinTech.
- Familiarity with AI concepts (ML, NLP, GenAI) and their enterprise applications.
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and business cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach.
