About the role

  • Plan and execute software implementation activities for clients across various industries.
  • Conduct kick-off meetings, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Configure, parameterize, and validate solutions according to client requirements.
  • Conduct in-person or remote training for end users and system administrators.
  • Monitor the post-implementation phase, ensuring stabilization and adoption of the solution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the client during the implementation process, building a relationship of trust and partnership.
  • Record requests, feedback, and improvement opportunities, forwarding information to development and support teams.
  • Prepare project status reports, communicating timelines, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in software implementation or support (ERP, CRM, management systems, or similar).
  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, and system integrations (desirable).
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile or traditional).
  • Ability to analyze processes and customize solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, ITIL).
  • Experience working in technology companies or consulting.
