About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and moving quickly in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Source top talent through outbound outreach, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
- Partner closely with hiring managers and manage relationships with recruiting vendors and external hiring partners as needed
- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Comfortable working with some overlap with US and/or EU business hours as needed for collaboration with leadership and hiring teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Familiarity with the India recruiting landscape, compensation trends, and hiring practices
- Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities
- Experience using an ATS effectively; familiarity with Ashby is a plus
- Experience hiring for consulting, technology, or professional services roles is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
