Business Analyst

• Document and translate business needs into technical requirements for BI/reporting tools

Business Analyst – PBM / Rebates

Scrum Master / Agile Coach

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) and SAFe Program Increment (PI) events.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams on SAFe practices, Agile mindset, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with strategic business goals.
• Remove impediments, manage risks, and escalate blockers to enable efficient team delivery.
• Support data-related projects with emphasis on: Data Validations, Data Lineage, Data Transformations & ETL.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align data requirements from source systems such as CRM, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses.
• Monitor and report on team performance, velocity, and key delivery metrics.

SAFe Scrum Master

QA Engineer

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans for data-related projects (ETL, data lakes, data warehouses, SPARK).
• Validate data integrity, transformations, and business logic from source to target systems.
• Perform advanced SQL queries to verify large data sets and identify anomalies or inconsistencies.
• Automate data validation processes using appropriate tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Shell).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, DBAs, data engineers) to understand data flow and requirements.
• Validate regulatory and compliance-related reports (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel, CCAR, etc.).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Investigate and document data defects and work with teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, test cases, and test results for audit and compliance purposes.

• Provide technical leadership for Internal Azure Services including product vision, roadmap, requirements, and measuring/reporting adoption.
• Lead strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of internal Azure cloud service offerings.
• Lead engineers and architects as a Product Manager to build Azure services across servers, storage, network, security, and access management.
• Serve as a Scrum Master: facilitate Agile ceremonies, track delivery progress, and coach teams and stakeholders in Agile Scrum processes.
• Oversee provisioning, configuration, and governance of Azure cloud resources; coordinate with Cloud Engineers and Architects; manage Azure delivery and monitor cost.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to ensure cloud services meet business needs while maintaining scalability, security, and efficiency.
