About the role

  • Document and translate business needs into technical requirements for BI/reporting tools
  • Collect and organize an inventory of existing reporting assets
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of goals and deliverables
  • Design and execute UAT testing plans in collaboration with QA and development teams
  • Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions
  • Advocate for best practices in data visualization and storytelling
  • Assist the Rebates Product Lead in the design, documentation, and development of BI/Reporting solutions
  • Document business and technical requirements (user stories, BRDs) for BI/reporting in the PBM rebates domain
  • Provide subject-matter expertise in PBM Rebates to guide reporting assets and solutions
  • Support the migration of legacy BI tools to a new centralized BI platform
  • Assist in testing, training, and change management activities to ensure a successful transformation
  • Report to the Delivery Manager in a remote position based in the United States
  • Work in an Agile, collaborative environment focused on BI transformation

Requirements

  • 7+ yrs Data Analysis
  • 5+ yrs PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management)
  • 3+ yrs PBM Rebates
  • 5+ yrs Business Intelligence (BI) / Reporting
  • 5+ yrs MicroStrategy or similar enterprise BI tools
  • Experience with PBM and rebates data structures and business processes
  • Experience documenting business and technical requirements (user stories, BRDs)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience designing and executing UAT testing plans
  • Experience developing training materials and facilitating end-user training
  • Experience with cloud-based BI technologies and BI platform migration
  • Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced change
