  • Develop and implement a customer experience strategy

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive leadership in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Client Services
  • Background in K-12 EdTech SaaS and service organizations
  • Experience designing and scaling customer success frameworks
  • Expertise in remote teacher professional learning design and delivery
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
