About the role

  • Design, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns (including events, organic, paid search, social media, email, and webinars) to drive leads and build the sales pipeline
  • Develop content strategy and manage execution through internal and external resources
  • Work closely with Sales, Partners, and Product Marketing to ensure messaging consistency, enablement, and alignment of go-to-market strategy with campaigns and growth objectives
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use data to improve results and maximize ROI
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including leads > MQLs > SQLs > Opportunities, attribution, influence, cost, and effectiveness
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns and channels
  • Lead and manage a team, including internal staff and contractors, to execute campaigns, design assets, and deliver content supporting marketing goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred but not required
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech company
  • Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, reporting, and ROI optimization
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing tools
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading both internal teams and external contractors
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across Sales, Product Marketing, and Partners
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences
