About the role
- Design, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns (including events, organic, paid search, social media, email, and webinars) to drive leads and build the sales pipeline
- Develop content strategy and manage execution through internal and external resources
- Work closely with Sales, Partners, and Product Marketing to ensure messaging consistency, enablement, and alignment of go-to-market strategy with campaigns and growth objectives
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use data to improve results and maximize ROI
- Track and report key performance metrics, including leads > MQLs > SQLs > Opportunities, attribution, influence, cost, and effectiveness
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns and channels
- Lead and manage a team, including internal staff and contractors, to execute campaigns, design assets, and deliver content supporting marketing goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred but not required
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech company
- Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, reporting, and ROI optimization
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing tools
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading both internal teams and external contractors
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across Sales, Product Marketing, and Partners
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences
