About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage compensation, job classification and salary processes.
- Administer and maintain the company's salary tables.
- Conduct fixed and variable compensation analyses.
- Conduct pay equity studies and market competitiveness analyses.
- Support internal promotion processes and salary adjustments.
- Prepare and monitor people budgets, customizing them by business area.
- Develop budget analyses and support financial planning related to payroll.
- Contribute to the calculation and administration of recognition and reward programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and market analyses.
- Work with HR metrics, dashboards and management analyses to support decision-making.
- Provide support for HR systems and ensure correct application of compensation policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
- Proven experience in Compensation, Job Classification and Salary management.
- Experience administering salary structures/tables.
- Knowledge of salary survey methodologies, preferably Willis Towers Watson (WTW).
- Experience conducting pay equity studies.
- Experience with people budgeting (headcount and payroll) and budget planning by area.
- Experience with internal promotions and salary adjustments.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Experience with Qlik Sense, Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Advanced or fluent English (required), with excellent conversational skills due to frequent interaction with international teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel.
- Postgraduate or MBA in Compensation is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor legislation applied to compensation.
- Excel programming and automation (VBA, Power Query or Power Pivot).
- Knowledge of AI tools and solutions applied to HR.
