Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Assets, Confluence, OpsGenie, Bitbucket, Roadmaps and Atlassian Guard
- Familiarity with common Atlassian add-ons: eazyBI, Zephyr, Power BI Connector, among others
- ITSM and ISO 20000
- Project management using predictive (waterfall), hybrid, adaptive (agile) and lean models
- Change management and assessment of change impacts
- Process automation and development (Automation for Jira, conditional rules, webhooks, REST API, Forge)
- Estimation techniques (three-point, parametric, analogous, etc.)
- Knowledge of SSO/SAML/SCIM and identity/group management
- Strong documentation and enablement skills (workshops, playbooks, runbooks)
- Ability to communicate with vendors for problem resolution
- Negotiation, conflict management and project management skills
- Python programming
- Experience with AI initiatives
- Atlassian certifications such as ACP-620, ACP-420 and ACP-120 (a plus)
- Advanced English (a plus)
