Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Assets, Confluence, OpsGenie, Bitbucket, Roadmaps and Atlassian Guard
Familiarity with common Atlassian add-ons: eazyBI, Zephyr, Power BI Connector, among others
ITSM and ISO 20000
Project management using predictive (waterfall), hybrid, adaptive (agile) and lean models
Change management and assessment of change impacts
Process automation and development (Automation for Jira, conditional rules, webhooks, REST API, Forge)
Estimation techniques (three-point, parametric, analogous, etc.)
Knowledge of SSO/SAML/SCIM and identity/group management
Strong documentation and enablement skills (workshops, playbooks, runbooks)
Ability to communicate with vendors for problem resolution
Negotiation, conflict management and project management skills
Python programming
Experience with AI initiatives
Atlassian certifications such as ACP-620, ACP-420 and ACP-120 (a plus)
Advanced English (a plus)
