About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a Customer Success with a focus on expansion (farmer).
- Responsible for deepening relationships with the existing customer base.
- Identify growth opportunities and generate new business from existing accounts.
- Monitor the customer portfolio, ensuring strong relationships.
- Support customers in using Scope's solutions, clarifying doubts.
- Track customer satisfaction and promote a positive experience.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with customers.
- Monitor platform usage and encourage adoption of available features.
- Record information and interactions in the CRM.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer service, Customer Success, post-sales, or related areas.
- Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships.
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proactive, collaborative profile with a willingness to learn.
- Interest in technology and consultative customer service.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and ease working with systems.
- Experience with technology companies or SaaS is a plus.
- CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with fleet management, logistics, mobility, or telematics is a plus.
