About the role

  • Lead the Finance, Accounting, and Administration departments;
  • Manage cash flow and working capital;
  • Oversee billing control and management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance in processes;
  • Ensure accounting and regulatory compliance (IFRS and local standards);
  • Coordinate the monthly close and management reporting;
  • Consolidate and report financial information to the international headquarters;
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Structure and optimize financial and operational processes;
  • Manage costs and drive margin improvement initiatives;
  • Support strategic decisions with financial and feasibility analyses;
  • Interact with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting and/or related fields;
  • Pricing;
  • Dynamics 365;
  • Solid experience in financial and accounting management;
  • Advanced experience in cash flow and treasury management;
  • Billing and revenue control;
  • Financial close and reporting;
  • Knowledge of IFRS;
  • Experience with integrated ERP systems;
  • People management;
  • Fluent English (mandatory) – interaction with international headquarters;
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
