About the role

  • Provide functional support to users of SAP modules (N2/N3 level), analyzing and resolving incidents and operational queries
  • Gather requirements from business areas, understanding processes and needs
  • Propose and lead process improvements and system enhancements in SAP S/4HANA
  • Prepare functional specifications for ABAP development and integrations
  • Collaborate with the technical team to monitor developments, testing, and fixes
  • Conduct functional testing (unit and integrated) and support users during acceptance testing
  • Configure and parameterize the system (customizing) according to approved requests
  • Support rollouts, upgrades, continuous improvement projects, and deployment of new S/4HANA features
  • Ensure processes comply with internal policies, controls, and governance best practices
  • Create and maintain functional and process documentation (flows, manuals, procedures)
  • Assist with user training and enablement when required

Requirements

  • Experience as an SAP Functional Analyst in an S/4HANA environment
  • Strong knowledge of the following modules: MM, SD, FI, EWM
  • Experience in requirements gathering, functional specification, and testing
  • Background in continuous improvement projects and post-go-live support
  • Basic understanding of integrations between SAP modules and external systems
