About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding applications developed by DHS
- Provide and respond to live contacts
- Assist in identifying multiple questions/concerns/inquiries in email
- Input correct information into Customer Database
- Provide and transfer reportable communication to the appropriate department
- Answer customers' questions and clarify policies and procedures
- Provide general travel assistance information

Requirements
What you’ll need- US Citizenship required
- Bachelor degree from accredited college or university
- Fluency in Mandarin
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- Ability to maneuver and use web-based applications
- Excellent verbal and vocal skills
- Exceptional writing skills
- Technical acumen
