Provide analytical expertise in support of the ICE Interoperability Response Center (IRC)
Conduct analysis, screening, and related support activities in response to interoperability queries generated upon fingerprint matches
Make database and manual queries on individuals referred to the PERC by other Law Enforcement Agencies
Answer calls from Law Enforcement Agencies and log all information into a web-based case management system
Work cases to be referred to an ERO Officer/Agent, ERO field offices or ICE headquarters for follow-up review and action
Perform shift work to support 24/7 operations, including some weekends and holidays on a rotational basis
Follow assigned shift schedule (Day 06:00-14:30, Swing 14:00-22:30, Night 22:00-06:30) and be hired to specific shifts
Hybrid work arrangement with one on-site day and four remote days
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and two years of related experience (desired)
Associate’s Degree with three years of related experience
High School degree and five years of related experience (required)
Excellent reading comprehension, writing and communication skills that include the ability to effectively communicate with personnel from various programs
Experience in responding to requests for information and searching automated systems for data
Ability to review files and perform detailed analytical and research support services
Ability to work independently and to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments
Law enforcement experience or experience in interpreting and applying immigration law (preferred)
Experience in utilizing DHS and legacy INS databases (desirable)
Must be able to meet all security eligibility requirements
Satisfactory proof of legal right to work in the United States as a US Citizen
An active TS or CBP/ICE Public Trust clearance is required.
