About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and evolve the technical automation strategy, resolving high-complexity challenges across pipelines, environments, and frameworks.
  • Design complex automation solutions.
  • Act as the primary QA authority in architectural decisions, ensuring quality is integrated from the design phase.
  • Partner with Development, Product, and Platform teams to dismantle silos and accelerate the delivery of value.
  • Contribute a critical and constructive quality perspective during Agile ceremonies.
  • Lead the intensive implementation of AI across the testing lifecycle, including automated test case generation and failure analysis.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and methodologies, transitioning prototypes into production environments.
  • Design and evolve the organizational model for quality metrics, including coverage, defect escape rate, and flakiness.
  • Translate data into strategic insights for Engineering, Product, and Management teams.
  • Build dashboards that facilitate data-driven decisions regarding product health and team performance.
  • Proactively identify quality trends and potential risks before they impact client operations.
  • Guide the professional growth of the QA team and the adoption of industry best practices.
  • Cultivate a proactive environment where defect prevention is a standard habit.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a heavy focus on automation.
  • Proven record of resolving complex automation challenges in production (e.g., flakiness at scale, map/canvas-based testing).
  • Hands-on application of AI in testing, including log analysis and AI-assisted exploration.
  • Advanced proficiency in e2e and API automation frameworks such as Playwright, Rest-assured.
  • Ability to define and interpret quality metrics to build decision-oriented reporting systems.
  • Deep expertise in Agile Testing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mandatory English communication skills (C1 Level); international team experience is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to teams.
  • Background in .NET development is considered a significant advantage.
  • Experience in data QA (Python, R, Airflow) is a plus.
