About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Quora, Reddit, and other social channels.
  • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies, including core audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting segments using first-party data and platform signals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies, budgets, targeting, and creative to improve efficiency and increase return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking, event implementation, and campaign measurement.
  • Manage creative requests and coordinate with design teams to produce ad assets that meet platform requirements and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using social ad platforms, Google Analytics, and reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
  • Prepare performance summaries and reporting dashboards to communicate campaign insights and results to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and improve underperforming segments through testing frameworks and optimization strategies.
  • Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats, automation features, and industry trends in paid social advertising.
  • Contribute to the ongoing expansion of our paid media initiatives by testing new channels, audiences, and creative approaches.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience building and managing paid social campaigns, specifically within Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets (ideally $50K–$100K+ per month) and optimizing toward performance metrics such as ROAS and revenue.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid social campaign structure (campaigns, ad sets, targeting, ads) and optimization levers, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable optimizations that improve campaign results.
  • Experience working with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with additional paid social channels such as TikTok, Quora, or Reddit is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, BI, engineering, and product stakeholders.
  • Available to work U.S. business hours (Philippines night shift schedule).
  • Access to a reliable laptop, a stable internet connection, and backup power or connectivity.
