Collaborate with engineering on data pipelines and reporting logic.
Work across cloud data platforms and BI tools to meet stakeholder needs.
Partner with internal teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
Identify gaps in data collection and help improve data quality and integration.
Clean and transform raw data for use in reporting and analysis.

Requirements

4–6 years of analytics experience, ideally in a digital or tech-driven business.
Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
Strong SQL skills and experience working in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
2+ years of experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
Experience using AI to streamline analytics work is a plus.
Experience with data integration tools like Hevo or Fivetran is also a plus.
Clear communication, team collaboration, and a passion for data.
Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection.
