About the role
- Support sales objectives through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Learn and effectively communicate TechnologyAdvice’s value proposition to prospective customers.
- Participate in outbound sales and demand generation campaigns.
- Capture and qualify leads generated through tradeshows, webinars, inbound calls, and marketing initiatives.
- Follow up with existing contacts and nurture them into sales-ready prospects.
- Route qualified leads and schedule meetings for Sales Executives.
- Monitor and respond to the TechnologyAdvice sales inbox and website inquiries, routing requests as needed.
- Create and update lead generation email templates and phone scripts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in Salesforce.
- Assist with sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to build product and industry knowledge.
- Represent TechnologyAdvice at occasional tradeshows; limited travel may be required.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement or CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to use AI tools to support email drafting, lead research, and outreach personalization.
- Comfortable learning how to interpret AI-generated insights to improve outreach efficiency.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
- Interested in launching a sales career in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to maintain consistent outreach activity.
- Clear and professional verbal communicator.
- Organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
