About the role

  • Manage, mentor, and deliver architectural expertise to this enterprise-grade organization
  • Take ownership of a core business domain encompassing a set of products, services, and business capabilities
  • Provide guidance to product and project teams on holistic architecture solutions to drive the tech design, development, and delivery
  • Analyze market trends and emerging technology to find and manage risk and opportunities to guide investment decisions
  • Develop and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and principles

Requirements

  • 10+ years of architecture experience in enterprise-grade environment(s)
  • Extensive software, API, and third-party integrations experience (Workday and/or Salesforce highly desired)
  • Hands-on experience with C# in a Microsoft-centric environment
  • Recent experience with ETL and data warehousing
  • Proven ability to communicate with a variety of internal departments, including data, development, and infrastructure teams, to deliver multiple solutions over multiple software products
