About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the tech hero for clients, troubleshooting and crushing hardware, software, and network issues.
Lead system upgrades and migrations (servers, email, cloud—you name it).
Keep client networks humming—servers, switches, routers, firewalls, the works.
Slam-dunk client problems with speed and swagger.
Escalate the tough stuff to Level 3 (soon to be you) or vendors when needed.
Lock down client backups, disaster recovery like a pro.
Team up with Level 1 techs and other problem solvers to keep clients stoked.
Stay in the loop with clients, delivering updates that keep them smiling.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A tech wizard.
A communication rockstar who can break down tech talk for normal humans.
A lone wolf when needed, but a pack player at heart.
A master of operating systems, networking, hardware, and software.
Bonus points for Epicor or ERP know-how, Microsoft certifications, or ConnectWise experience.
