Inside Sales Executive, Consumer
TechnogymSales Executive delivering a luxury sales experience by consulting clients on fitness solutions at Technogym. Focused on sales targets, customer satisfaction, and effective communication.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve and over-achieve inside sales targets
- Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering the right solution to reach their and their consumers
- Manage inbound calls whilst creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect sales
- Schedule visits with your field sales colleagues where the customers needs are best placed within these areas
- Keep up-to-date as a product and solutions expert, being a credible Technogym Ambassador
- Maximise outbound call campaigns
- Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each order whilst keeping the wider business informed
- Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments
- Manage and profile the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)
- Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale
- Provide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (full training provided)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of the steps within the sales process
- Previous software sales experience highly desirable
- Previous experience selling into the corporate environment
- CRM and pipeline management
- Exceptional customer relations (oral and written)
- Knowledge of fitness, performance, health and product use
- Communication, active listening and remote presentation skills
- Social media, IT proficiency and digital skills
