Inside Sales Executive – Clubs
TechnogymSales Executive driving profitability and sales revenue by delivering seamless sales experience in Clubs markets. Collaborating closely with field sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve and over-achieve inside sales targets
- Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction, demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs, offering the right solution to both them and therefore their customers
- Manage inbound calls whilst creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect sales
- Schedule visits with your field sales colleagues where the customers needs are best placed within these areas
- Keep up-to-date as a product and solutions expert, being a credible Technogym Ambassador
- Maximise outbound call campaigns
- Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each order whilst keeping the wider business informed
- Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments
- Manage and profile the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)
- Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale
- Provide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (full training provided)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of the steps within the sales process – previous software sales experience highly desirable
- Previous experience within the Clubs environment
- CRM and pipeline management
- Exceptional customer relations (oral and written)
- Knowledge of fitness, performance, health and product use
- Communication, active listening and remote presentation skills
- Social media, IT proficiency and digital skills
