About the role
- Drive B2B sales performance through proactive outreach, lead qualification, and customer follow-up
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, resorts, residential communities, and property managers via phone, email, and digital channels
- Identify new business opportunities by researching the hospitality and residential markets, contacting prospects, and promoting our product portfolio
- Provide tailored product advice and help customers find the right solutions for their property or business needs
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date customer information
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups, supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to order
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring quick and effective resolution
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or B2B Account Management (preferably in a B2B environment)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and customer-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for fitness, customer service, and delivering exceptional experiences
- A team-oriented, positive, and entrepreneurial attitude
