About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Department Manager in implementing Quality Management systems and improving and developing related tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
- Develop and coordinate induction training to raise employee awareness of site quality processes
- Monitor relevant regulations and update related management documents on time
- Recommend new quality policies or procedures to ensure high-quality products, processes, or services
- Carry out extensive statistical analysis and work based on the results
- Ensure proper implementation of the criticality rating system and surveillance for procured items
- Report regularly on system performance and new developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or equivalent qualification through experience
- 8+ years of Quality or Operational Excellence experience
- Track record of delivering valuable business results in cost, lead time, quality, and operational efficiency improvements
- QMS (ISO/API) Lead Auditor certifications
- Ability to build working relationships vertically and horizontally within the organization
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems requirements, including API Q1, API Q2, ISO 9001, and ISO 29001
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems applications, including Internal Auditing, Management of Change, Document Control, Process Development, and industry standards such as ISO 9001, API Q1, and API Q2
- Nice to have: work experience on Projects, Operations, or Manufacturing
- Nice to have: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certificate and experience using these methodologies
- Nice to have: previous Oil & Gas industry experience
- Nice to have: fluency in additional languages, preferably the language used within the specific geographical area
- Nice to have: HSE Management System experience, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
