About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform activities related to Offshore Base operations, including the receiving, inspection, control, storage, handling, and availability of materials, equipment, and components
  • Verify material compliance against purchase orders, invoices, and technical specifications
  • Control material receipts and dispatches through ERP systems
  • Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records
  • Perform preservation activities for stored materials and equipment
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts
  • Open packaging and verify received and outgoing materials
  • Perform pre-loading inspections by comparing physical materials against material lists to ensure compliance
  • Execute the loading of materials and equipment onto vessels and trucks, issuing reports on completed activities
  • Perform cargo handling during receiving, storage, and loading operations using forklifts, cranes, and trucks
  • Complete and maintain documentation related to operations and Safety and Quality Management Systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical degree completed
  • Experience in material receiving, inspection, storage, or handling activities
  • Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems
