About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of loads in the industrial environment, contributing to productive operations and the company’s quality and safety standards.
- Operate forklifts to transport, store, and organize materials on the production floor.
- Perform pre-operation equipment checklists, ensuring equipment is in proper working condition.
- Identify situations that may affect task execution and act proactively to ensure personal and team safety.
- Perform activities following internal standards, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Participate in working groups of the quality program (MTP), contributing suggestions and improvements in the area.
- Work collaboratively, maintaining good interpersonal relations on the production floor.
- Support the production flow according to the demands of the industrial area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required; technical education is desirable.
- Experience operating forklifts with NR 11 certification.
- Driver's license category B (CNH).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Experience or familiarity with an industrial environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, and Daily Management) is a plus.
- Availability to work a 4x4 shift schedule (day and night shifts).
