About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete work with increasing independence as a Workshop Engineer I.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of post-manufacturing services for customers.
- Provide team's technical resource, repair guidance, workshop instructions and on-site equipment support.
- Author and approve technical documentation.
- Interface with customers and resolve root cause analyses (RCAs).
- Conduct product maintenance, upgrades/conversions, repair, and refurbishment.
- Oversee the work of professionals or technicians on a project basis.
- Manage standardization/improvement projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong technical background specifically with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Process oriented and drives standardization.
- Strong problem solving capabilities.
