About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete work with increasing independence as a Workshop Engineer I.
  • Ensure proper planning and execution of post-manufacturing services for customers.
  • Provide team's technical resource, repair guidance, workshop instructions and on-site equipment support.
  • Author and approve technical documentation.
  • Interface with customers and resolve root cause analyses (RCAs).
  • Conduct product maintenance, upgrades/conversions, repair, and refurbishment.
  • Oversee the work of professionals or technicians on a project basis.
  • Manage standardization/improvement projects.
