Cost Controller
TechnipFMCCost Controller overseeing all financial aspects of Subsea Supply Projects in energy industry. Managing cost control, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability in project lifecycle.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expert leadership in cost management by overseeing all financial aspects of Subsea Supply Projects.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for cost performance.
- Drive compliance with financial standards and optimize resource allocation.
- Deliver transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Set up cost control procedures and project budgets, including tools to track costs.
- Assist Finance Manager on tasks as directed.
- Estimate total forecasts, quantities, costs, and provide variance analysis.
- Assist Project Managers in optimizing and improving controlling costs.
- Generate monthly internal Project Management Reviews (PMR).
- Prepare and analyze monthly inventory reports.
- Assist External Auditor queries in relation to project performance and inventory.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (Professional / Technical diploma preferred)
- Up to 3 years of experience in similar role
- Professional English
- Knowledge of cost control tools and methodologies
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Establish good relationship and cooperation with colleagues in the project team
- Team Oriented
- Ability to work extra hours to meet deadline
