About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage import and export logistics activities, ensuring timely customs clearance and full compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute local deliveries to oilfield sites using approved transport providers to meet operational delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all shipments, including delivery notes, work orders, transport logs, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor transport performance, proactively address delays or issues, and ensure continuity of field operations.
  • Liaise effectively with vendors, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and site teams to align logistics activities with operational requirements.
  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and HSE requirements.
  • Track logistics performance against defined KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and field teams to align logistics planning with project schedules and material requirements.
  • Prepare Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists (CIPL) based on purchase orders and packaging details provided by the warehouse.
  • Ensure adherence to GBPMS roles and responsibilities, including shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and transport scheduling.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing logistics data and proposing process enhancements to improve overall efficiency.
  • Comply with HSE and company standards to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible logistics operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (Customer order management, inventory management, warehousing, purchasing, distribution)
