About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the highest level of quality in our products by performing Quality checks of the Internal manufacturing records according to Industry, Engineering & Project Requirements.
- Responsible for identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies Internal manufacturing records as per technical specifications, drawings, testing methods.
- Review complex technical of various Test certificates and reports to make decisions on Authorization TechnipFMC Parts Shipment.
- Work towards resolving the TechnipFMC Non-Conformance Report by Review, Creation, Coordination and Closure activities.
- Collaborate with Plant Quality, Engineering, Planning, Delivery and Project team to ensure TechnipFMC product MRBs Quality and Delivery targets are achieved.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering)
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Quality Function. (Assurance/Control)
- Thorough Technical Understanding on Industry Standards (API, ISO, ASME, ASTM, NORSOK, DNV)
- Engineering practices, Manufacturing techniques, Material Engineering
- Destructive and Non-destructive Testing, Measuring Instruments, and Engineering Drawing
- Ability to identify and understand technical details of various certificates and reports
- Hands-on experience in complex review of Reports related to Manufacturing Processes
- Shall be able to read, interpret & make decision on acceptance of various reports as per standards
- Hands-on Experience on Document Management System
- Thorough experience in using various applications for day-to-day execution - Outlook (email), Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and SAP/ERP
- Hands-on experience on resolving Non-Conformances
- Hands-on experience in Quality & Lean Tools for problem solving.
- Good Communication skills to work with Global Functional teams.
- Capability of demonstrating mentoring and training skills.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts based on the need (Global regions: US/ER).
