About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure maintenance process performance by driving continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to maximize asset reliability.
Participate in the implementation of new functionalities, controls, and processes in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to improve maintenance process efficiency.
Participate in the review of maintenance plans and updates to the maintenance management system.
Support the review of maintenance procedures related to the quality management system.
Participate in or perform critical analyses and develop reports and control statistics to assess asset performance and the maintenance process.
Continuously analyze the accuracy and adherence of the preventive maintenance plan and propose operational actions to maximize execution performance.
Participate in the planning of major maintenance shutdowns and lead their execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Active registration with CREA
Knowledge of Lean methodology
