About the role
- Coordinate the activities of tooling preparation and associated teams
- Ensure availability and maintenance of equipment
- Anticipate and respond to production operational needs
- Participate in activity monitoring and reporting
- Standardize procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma to two-year technical degree (Bac to Bac+2) in a technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Experience in management or team coordination is a plus
- Skills in mechanics, electricity, welding, reading technical drawings, and CMMS (GMAO)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Basic level of English
