About the role
- Performs tasks in accordance with department instructions, schedules, processes, and HSE requirements
- Present designs during internal design meetings, prepare and review technical documents and drawings in accordance with design standards
- Creation and review of technical documentation required for internal and external customers throughout the value stream
- Engineering support required for internal and external customers through collaboration across different business functions
- Support Lean process and product development improvements through Lessons Learned, Root Cause Analysis, other methods of Continuous Improvement
- Works independently on assigned tasks and participates in more complex projects under supervision of more senior engineering personnel
Requirements
- Relevant engineering degree, minimum Bachelor degree
- Strong level of English min. B2/C1
- Demonstrated ability to apply engineering skills throughout the product life cycle
- Job experience is beneficial
- Demonstrated proficiency working with Engineering product databases, business ERP systems, MS office applications is beneficial
- Demonstration of problem solving skills
- Proficient communication both verbal and written with suppliers and customers, internal and external
- Team player
