About the role
- Oversees and manages Subsea Products, Subsea Installation, or iEPCI tenders
- Responsible for submission compliance and management of clarifications during the tender process
- Develops and manages tender plans and ensures adherence to internal procedures
Requirements
- Coordinates the preparation of qualification documents for proposals/tenders
- Experience in managing tenders and ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Skills in scheduling meetings and preparing documentation for internal approvals
- Ability to manage tender development, including schedules and technical selections
- Experience in coordinating communications between teams and preparing tender documents to meet quality standards
- Familiarity with Risk Assessment Workshops and contract management
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and subsea operations
