About the role

  • Assurance of Subsea (I&C) Installation & Construction Quality and Continuous Improvement processes according to standards and regulations;
  • Development, maintenance and update of I&C Quality processes and documentation;
  • Maintenance and update of I&C department web platforms, including Sharepoint content;
  • Monitor, analyze and report department KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), supporting monthly Obeya meetings with relevant data and insights;
  • Coordinate and follow-up I&C training activities, ensuring training completion and maintenance of training registers;
  • Support internal and external audit activities, assisting in preparation, follow-up and action tracking;
  • Monitoring and follow-up on Client Satisfaction Surveys;
  • Support RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and other continuous improvement related initiatives;
  • Promotion of a Quality-driven mindset in the department.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience with quality processes, preferably within Oil & Gas industry
  • Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies knowledge
  • Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Sharepoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Intelex and GBPMS is desirable
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements
  • Experience in conducting internal audits is a plus
