About the role
- Monitor and manage safety & quality performance of assigned MPM suppliers using KPIs and metrics
- Identifying recurring issues to avoid repeat of non-conformances
- Drive supplier development through continuous improvement, data-driven insights, and proactive engagement
- Train and guide suppliers on TechnipFMC processes, ensure alignment on the requirements
- Challenge and improve supplier and internal practices through collaboration
Requirements
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, especially Machining
- Familiarity with quality principles and problem-solving methodologies
- Experience with RCCA and non-conformance management
