About the role
- Interview business and IDS partners to define requirements and analyze processes
- Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes, ensuring alignment between business and IT objectives
- Perform system analysis, incident triage, and application maintenance
- Conduct system configuration, data analysis, and reporting
- Participate in projects, ensuring deliverables are completed within time, cost, and quality standards
- Create test scripts and ensure solution quality
- Document systems and support manuals
- Lead and mentor interns and junior staff in tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, and Power BI
- Identify opportunities for automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies
- Ensure compliance with governance models and SOX controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience with Python and T-SQL for automation and data analysis
- Knowledge of application administration and financial principles
- Curiosity and initiative to explore AI, process automation, and digital transformation
- Advanced English proficiency.
