About the role
- Perform tooling checks and preparations according to the production schedule
- Prepare and reintegrate tooling according to process routings, drawings and procedures
- Make equipment available to production in accordance with the schedule
- Receive and store tooling in inventory and update the computer database (GTO/GMAO)
- Provide troubleshooting in production (diagnosis, fault analysis, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical maintenance)
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of high-pressure installations
- Occasionally assist production staff with the setup/adjustment of UAD machines
- Participate in improvement actions after validation by the relevant departments (HSE, Process, etc.)
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma (Bac) or equivalent with a mechanical focus
- Experience: Technical knowledge of mechanics, reading technical drawings, high-pressure fittings and hoses
