About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for technology and business positions
  • Identify, attract and assess professionals specialized in SAP, Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Software Development
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and support decision-making in selection processes
  • Develop hunting and talent attraction strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy and other platforms
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support onboarding and new hire integration programs
  • Participate in training and development initiatives, organizing learning paths, training activities and internal development programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection of technology professionals (Tech Recruiter)
  • Experience in technology companies, IT consultancies or technology service providers
  • Knowledge of recruitment, hunting and talent attraction tools
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Organized, communicative and results-oriented profile
  • Interest in also developing a career in Training & Development
  • Experience recruiting for SAP, Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity or Infrastructure profiles
  • Experience with onboarding programs, corporate training or learning management
  • Familiarity with HR indicators and recruitment metrics
