About the role

  • Analyze contracts, commercial proposals, and customer orders, ensuring all documents are complete and correct for recording sales in the company’s system.
  • Record sales in the system, including management of sales commissions, ensuring their accurate calculation.
  • Monitor budget versus actuals for ongoing projects, identifying potential unplanned costs or revenues.
  • Collaborate with accounting, tax, and finance teams as needed for clarifications, adjustments, or corrections of information, and serve as a direct liaison with the responsible Project Managers (PMs).

Requirements

  • Good communication, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal relations.
  • Proactivity and attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of administrative and financial processes.
