About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the business owner and subject matter expert for Lab Equipment Services
  • Define and execute service strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives
  • Monitor voice-of-customer, voice-of-market, and competitive trends
  • Develop pricing and monetization strategies to support revenue and margin targets
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives and commercialization efforts
  • Support channel readiness and operational alignment
  • Drive thought leadership and demand generation programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams from Sales, Marketing & Operations
  • Work closely with customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and growth opportunities
  • Lead initiatives that influence both day-to-day business performance and long-term growth strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management and/or marketing experience, preferably within services-based environments
  • Experience within laboratory services, life sciences, diagnostics, analytical chemistry, or regulated industries preferred
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and regulatory compliance environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting commercialization initiatives
  • Track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience are welcome.
