Account Executive

• Prioritize and execute day-to-day sales and marketing initiatives consistent with regional and corporate sales and marketing strategies.
• Own and manage a pipeline of customer prospects with the support of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to stay organize.
• Successfully educate, strategize, and sell to customers through email, inbound, and outbound calling.
• Become knowledgeable in the full suite of company service offerings and adapt recommendations quickly to suit client needs.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.

Inside Sales Representative

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and execute effective hiring strategies
• Develop and execute creative sourcing approaches across multiple channels
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical capability and values alignment
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while staying organized and responsive
• Use recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve sourcing and hiring outcomes
• Contribute to employer branding through strong, human candidate interactions
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and recruiting best practice

Contract Recruiter

Outside Sales

• Develops and maintains strategic customer relationships by proactively engaging with existing customers and new prospects to consistently achieve sales and TSS business goals
• Identifies new opportunities: increasing the footprint of business and solutions with assigned customers, ensuring an attractive and sizeable qualified pipeline and high closing ratio
• Work closely with hospitals, mechanical contractors and/or contractors, and field sales teams to assess project scope and gather required technical information
• Visit job sites to perform field evaluations, take measurements, and assess infrastructure conditions relevant to medical gas systems
• Review blueprints, specifications, and hospital compliance requirements to create accurate and competitive estimates
• Recommend appropriate medical gas equipment and services based on NFPA 99 standards, facility needs, and project constraints
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, ensuring all technical, regulatory, and safety considerations are addressed
• Actively cultivate relationships with new and existing customers, including hospital administrators, facility managers, and project engineers
• Maintain a consistent presence in your assigned territory, prospecting new business and supporting current clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and project execution
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track project opportunities, and support forecasting efforts
