About the role
- Identify and cultivate leads through various channels like cold calls, networking, and market research.
- Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and satisfaction
- Create tailored sales proposals and quotes
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate service understanding and expectations

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, AA or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of calibration industry experience
- Knowledge of ISO 17025, 9001 and calibration principles
- Knowledge of medical equipment preventive maintenance
- Initiative-taking with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM
