About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather requirements from clients.
- Implement, parameterize, and configure eSocial solutions.
- Ensure integration between eSocial and payroll systems.
- Provide technical and functional support during implementations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Act in a consultative manner, advising clients on best practices.
- Deliver training to solution users.
- Prepare support materials, manuals, and documentation.
- Monitor the submission of events to eSocial.
- Validate transmissions and identify inconsistencies.
- Support clients in audits and report generation.
- Keep up with changes in labor, social security, and tax legislation.
- Adjust configurations according to legal changes.
- Work closely with development teams on the solution's evolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve clients' processes.
- Contribute to documentation of best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience as an Implementation Analyst or Consultant for HR/People Management solutions.
- Experience implementing and configuring eSocial solutions.
- Experience with the SPED project, especially eSocial and EFD-Reinf.
- Experience conducting requirements gathering with clients.
- Experience documenting requirements.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Availability to travel is essential.
- It will be a plus if you have:
- Postgraduate degree in Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience working with municipal, state, or federal public agencies.
- Experience in consulting projects for the public sector.
- Experience with audits related to eSocial.
