About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather requirements from clients.
  • Implement, parameterize, and configure eSocial solutions.
  • Ensure integration between eSocial and payroll systems.
  • Provide technical and functional support during implementations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Act in a consultative manner, advising clients on best practices.
  • Deliver training to solution users.
  • Prepare support materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Monitor the submission of events to eSocial.
  • Validate transmissions and identify inconsistencies.
  • Support clients in audits and report generation.
  • Keep up with changes in labor, social security, and tax legislation.
  • Adjust configurations according to legal changes.
  • Work closely with development teams on the solution's evolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clients' processes.
  • Contribute to documentation of best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience as an Implementation Analyst or Consultant for HR/People Management solutions.
  • Experience implementing and configuring eSocial solutions.
  • Experience with the SPED project, especially eSocial and EFD-Reinf.
  • Experience conducting requirements gathering with clients.
  • Experience documenting requirements.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Availability to travel is essential.
  • It will be a plus if you have:
  • Postgraduate degree in Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience working with municipal, state, or federal public agencies.
  • Experience in consulting projects for the public sector.
  • Experience with audits related to eSocial.
