About the role
- Plan, execute, monitor and close projects under your responsibility in accordance with PMO standards.
- Lead project planning, progress and closing meetings.
- Prepare and keep project management artifacts up to date, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, communications and project controls.
- Ensure alignment across all areas involved in the projects.
- Monitor delivery execution with a focus on value generation, change control, communication, negotiation and risk management.
- Provide periodic reports to the PMO and stakeholders, including status reports, metrics and lessons learned.
- Support the evolution of project management maturity within the organization by contributing best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Experience in project management across all phases, from planning through control and closure.
- Knowledge of predictive (waterfall) and agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Experience working with processes.
- Strong planning, monitoring and organizational skills for projects.
- Experience in change management and risk management.
- Basic knowledge of information technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience working in a formal PMO structure.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Participation in initiatives to increase project management maturity.
- Certifications in project management or agile methodologies.
