User Researcher

• Plan and execute playtest activities across Techland’s portfolio
• Identify stakeholder needs and translate into research goals and long-term research roadmaps
• Recommend research approaches and select appropriate methods (surveys, interviews, telemetry, eyetracking, statistics, etc.)
• Analyze playtest results and craft actionable insights to support product iteration
• Communicate research findings effectively to diverse stakeholders, both verbal and written
• Drive research strategies within playtest area aligned with business priorities and track market trends
• Review and provide feedback on game builds to incorporate into research activities
• Develop close working relationships with Product, Design, Analytics, and QA teams
• Promote a player-centric culture and collaborate with consumer research lead on consumer projects (questionnaires, survey reports)
