About the role
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to define and document complex requirements.
- Make sure to bring the latest innovations to our customers.
- Manage and leverage CRM systems to improve customer relationships.
- Collaborate with solution architects and development team on solution design.
- Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Conduct training sessions and deliver training materials.
Requirements
- Experience in Property and Housing Industry is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in preparing, co-ordinating and running customer-facing workshops.
- Excellent skills in designing business processes and documenting requirements.
- Working experience in Agile SCRUM or Agile Kanban environment.
- Capability to demo Technology solutions and functionality to various stakeholder groups.
- Ability to rapidly build relationships with stakeholders with different backgrounds.
- Managing requirements and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
