About the role

  • Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, project delivery teams, and other business units to understand, define, and document complex requirements and business processes
  • Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of Power Platform Apps, and Dynamics 365 solutions with configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet customer needs and project objectives
  • Conduct requirements workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for end-users
  • Work closely with the Solutions team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer-term needs
  • Provide functional and technical input and guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans
  • Provide current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents
  • Communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills; balance business users’ requests and requirements with technical constraints
  • Assist with providing inputs to the project plans, estimates and scope for sales proposals and statements of work
  • Document and write up specifications for technical team members and developers in a clear and concise approach
  • Participate in implementation customization and configuration for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Ensure consistent release management, change management and project approval processes
  • Design business processes and document requirements, processes (As-Is and To-Be), features, and business needs
  • Engage with key stakeholders in multiple business areas to scope business needs and identify key pain points to overcome as well as defining quick wins where possible
  • Clearly convey well-defined business requirements to delivery teams and effectively communicate business processes and needs to ensure successful business outcomes
  • Manage requirements and traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective scope control and ensuring solution compliance to business objectives
  • Demo Technology solutions and functionality to various stakeholder groups

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Customer Engagement
  • Demonstrated experience building Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of when to use native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development
  • Ability to successfully communicate this information to both internal and client stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to understand our business, our technology, products and market approaches is an essential part of this role
  • Ability to be client-facing including effectively communicating with the client, leading meetings, and capturing and distributing action items
  • Exceptional organisation skills with and initiative to work without detailed guidance
  • Able to quickly turn around tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent Technical and IT skills with the ability to learn new Technologies and demo our Technology solutions to customers
  • Strong experience in designing business processes
  • Ability to rapidly build relationships with stakeholders with different backgrounds
  • Experienced with business operations conducted online (distributed teams), via chat platform (Slack), Kanban boards (Trello) and communication via Digital platforms (Microsoft Teams)
