About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, coordinate and support international change and transformation projects related to organizational and digital change
- Develop and implement global change strategies, communication initiatives and stakeholder management plans
- Analyze the impact of planned changes on processes, teams and corporate culture across different countries and regions
- Work closely with international leaders, project teams and business units to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives
- Conduct workshops, trainings and information sessions both on-site and virtually
- Implement new processes and systems
- Monitor project and change progress and identify measures to ensure sustainable embedding of changes
- Prepare reports, presentations and materials for international stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or vocational qualification with a focus on business administration, HR, organizational development or a comparable field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in change management, transformation management or similar roles
- Experience supporting international transformation, organizational or digitalization projects
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence at all organizational levels and in intercultural environments
- High level of initiative, a structured working style and strong problem-solving skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Facilitation/moderation skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people and teams
- Willingness to travel, approximately 20%
