About the role
- Own and manage a mix of paid media campaigns across traditional platforms (Google/ LinkedIn) and industry-specific channels to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Monitor daily performance, ensure campaigns are running smoothly, and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels and campaigns based on performance, audience fit, and business priorities, and forecast spend and results to hit monthly goals.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to refine or adjust channel mix, budgets, and targeting as needed.
- Own broader digital marketing initiatives such as landing page optimization, email performance, automation workflows, and funnel improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-performing ads and lead magnets.
Requirements
- Background in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of core fundamentals
- Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable impact on lead generation, ideally for B2B companies
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate performance data into actionable decisions.
- Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
